Tasting notes
Aged and fermented in American and French oak, this Syrah is fruit forward with aromas of black fruits, vanilla bean, and a slight minerality. On the palate there are flavors of blackberry, cherry, and pepper with a complex finish.
This Merlot opens with a rich bouquet of oak, black fruit, cocoa, and a hint of worn leather. On the palate, layers of cherry, black currant, and a whisper of star anise come through with depth and complexity. The finish is smooth and luxurious, with a satin texture and buttery grace that lingers beautifully.
