Aged and fermented in stainless steel, this Sauvignon Blanc is delightful! On the nose there are complex aromas of golden delicious apple and tropical fruits integrated with a hint of juniper. On the palate there are flavors of mango, golden raisin, and citrus that lead to a bright, lingering finish.

Our 2022 Pinot Gris is made with 100% Pinot Gris grapes from Dry Lakes Vineyard in Chelan. On the nose there are aromas of stone fruit, melon, and pear with a light floral scent. On the palate there are flavors of ripe peach, citrus, and a hint of honey with a smooth mouth feel. 

Our 2022 Rosé is made with 100% Pinot Noir grapes from Clos CheValle Vineyard in Chelan. On the nose there are aromas of strawberry, watermelon, and cherry blossom with a touch of minerals. On the palate there are flavors of cherry, green apple, and strawberry with a bright, crisp finish. This wine is perfect for sipping on a warm summer day. 

Our 2022 Viognier is made with 100% Viognier grapes from Four Lakes Vineyard in Chelan. On the nose there are aromas of peach, toasted vanilla, and stone fruit with a touch of earthiness. On the palate there are flavors of kiwi, green apple, and lemon zest with a nice balanced finish. 

Our 2022 Winston Chardonnay is made with 100% Chardonnay grapes from Dry Lakes Vineyard in Chelan and is fermented in 100% stainless steel. On the nose there are aromas of lemon, peach, and crème brûlée with a hint of baked apple. On the palate there are flavors of citrus, vanilla, and tropical fruit with a long lingering finish. 

We decided to do something fun for the tasting notes for this complex wine. While we get lemongrass and almond on the nose, and vanilla with a nuance of peach on the palate, we are more curious as to what scents and flavors YOU get out of it! Rather than telling you what you should smell and taste, we want to turn this tasting into an adventure.

This is our first Gewurztraminer, and wow, it is tantalizing! It was fermented in 100% stainless steel, and on the nose, there is apricot, honeydew, and a touch of rose essence. On the palate there is lemongrass, orange zest, and subtle lilac with a delicious creamy finish.

This vintage of Viognier, like the others, was fermented in 100% stainless steel, and on the nose, there are scents of grapefruit and honeysuckle with a bit of minerality. On the palate there are flavors of tropical fruits perfectly balanced with citrus fruits with a slight vanilla component.

Aromatically expressive, this Gewürztraminer opens with enticing notes of jasmine, citrus zest, and honeysuckle. The palate surprises with vibrant flavors of kiwi, white plum, and a twist of lime—bringing a fresh, unexpected brightness. This is not your typical Gewürztraminer; it’s a lively, modern take on a classic varietal.

This Riesling opens with an inviting bouquet of raspberry, vanilla, green apple, and delicate orange blossom. On the palate, vibrant flavors of tangerine, red grape, and pear unfolds, delivering a lively yet balanced experience. The wine is beautifully rounded with a smooth, velvety mouthfeel that lingers gracefully on the finish.

On the nose there are light hints of leather and boysenberry with a slight herbaceous nuance. On the palate there are flavors of blackberry, cola, and fig. This Cabernet Sauvignon has a soft, velvety finish.

Aged and fermented in American and French oak, this Merlot has aromas of blueberry, plum, and a hint of smoke. On the palate there are flavors of blackberry, cranberry, and anise with a well-balanced finish.

On the nose there are baking spices, dark red fruits, with a touch of floral essence. On the palate there are flavors of dark cherry with a touch of blueberry and a hint of anise. This Cabernet Franc has a delicate, heavenly finish

On the nose there are scents of coffee, vanilla, fennel, and bumbleberry. On the palate there are flavors of pomegranate, red stone fruit, vanilla bean, and a bit of clove. This Cabernet Sauvignon has a long, lingering finish.

Aged and fermented in French and American oak barrels for 28 months, on the nose there is blueberry, black pepper, and a touch of violet. On the palate there is cranberry, blackberry, black pepper, and baking spices with a smooth, long finish.

Aged and fermented in American and French oak barrels for 30 months, on the nose there is a scent bomb of dark fruit, cherry, and a hint of worn saddle leather. On the palate there is blackberry, black cherry, and white pepper with a soft, elegant finish.

This Red Blend is a bold and expressive wine that redefines the classic Bordeaux style. This unique blend—50% Cabernet Sauvignon, 25% Cabernet Franc, and 25% Malbec—offers a rich, layered experience from nose to finish. On the nose, you'll find notes of ripe plum, baking spice, wet leather, and a touch of fresh herbs. The palate opens with dense dark fruits and prune, evolving into warm allspice, basil, and a hint of green pepper. A long, velvety finish reveals subtle vanilla and well-rounded tannins, making this a deeply satisfying and memorable red.

This Syrah greets the senses with aromas of red berries, dark cherry, rich chocolate, and a touch of cracked pepper. On the palate, bold flavors of cherry, cola, vanilla, and dark fruit unfold in a harmonious balance. The finish is smooth and satisfying, with a light touch of oak that adds depth without overpowering.
